LILI DAUPHIN TAKES ON THE SELF-HELP GENRE

Published author and musician, Lili Dauphin is taking on a new genre with her newly released book, How Not To Die On Monday. The book outlines necessary steps to help people deal with the stress associated with Mondays. Lili's unique signature style borrows from her own experiences making How Not To Die On Monday both funny and practical.
However to those readers out there, who have read Lili's previous books and are attached to the series of stories following the same character of Tilou, please don't worry about this genre change. This is only a small detour for the writer. "Tilou is my heart and soul, she's not going anywhere, at least not soon, I just let her rest for a little while, like a good stew, she's simmering," Lili comments. For those less familiar with the character Tilou, she is a young Caribbean girl who we watch grow up into a young lady through a series of novels, starting with the first Crying Mountain followed by the subsequent, I Will Fly Again and My First Sin. We can still expect to see a fourth edition to the "Tilou Series". However the title of the upcoming novel is to be determined as is the release date. As always there will be many surprises and adventures. Maybe the identity of Tilou's mother will be revealed however Lili comments, "We'll see. I don't even know myself. Nothing comes without its time, we'll find out."
The First Interactive Book

The Thinking Cow is the first interactive book ever writen and the first of its genre. Very innovative. This book will forever change the way we read books. A big surprise and a gift to help us deal with reality. It's never been done before in the story of book writing. The world is getting more and more individualistic, Lili will now take us to when it was okay to sit side by side and have a conversation and laugh together which we greatly need today in the world. It's the perfect timing. It allows us to be human once again. The timing couldn't have been better. She's ready to surprise us again. It's always a surprise with Lili Dauphin. This time she's giving us something that we really need. Her writing is timely and may help us to deal with hard time. At last, something that will put a smile on the face of the angriest human and leave us happy and heartfelt. Lili's book will live a thousand years. Definitely memorable and timely. We'll see how this book will have a positive outlook on our lives. I hope Lili will be able to match this one. Obviously this is one of her best work.

"It's up to the inspirational motor inside of me. I don't even know myself. But we'll soon find out and it won't be long, trust me." She smiled.
"What inspires you to write these things?"
"You know, just like the old Wise Pig said to Mr. Pig. "Nothing can inspire more than pain."
2008 Irwin Award Winner

Lili Dauphin and her book of poetry, I Will Touch the Sun, have been awarded The 2008 Irwin Award for Best Inspirational Campaign.
At the awards ceremony, on October 15, 2008, Ms. Dauphin stated, "I Will Touch the Sun originally was supposed to be a journal, recording my private thoughts and feelings. However, when some friends perused my 'poetic diary' and found healing insights within its pages, they requested copies of my poems. Many insisted I publish my journal as a book to inspire and help others. With my friends support, the project began to blossom and took on a life of its own."
A prolific and colorful author, Lili Dauphin's earlier works include the popular autobiographical novel: Crying Mountain, I Will Fly Again, My First Sins, and others. When asked why she is compelled to write, she said, "Writing is my passion . . . my heart. Perhaps, I'm being selfish, but inspiring others to be happy appears to be my calling. It makes me happy."
She is now in the process of writing her seventh book. When asked about how she finds time to write so many books, Lili coyly answered, "I write in my sleep."
